At iPhone Replacement Parts – Service and Repairs, we stand behind the quality of our parts and our workmanship. Please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage below.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90-Daylimited warranty on all replacement parts and repair services.

  • Parts Only: Covers manufacturing defects (e.g., dead pixels, touch insensitivity, or battery capacity issues).
  • Repairs: Covers the functionality of the specific component replaced by our technicians.

What is NOT covered:

  • Accidental damage (cracked screens, drops, or pressure damage).
  • Water/liquid damage occurring after the repair.
  • Issues caused by software “jailbreaking” or unauthorized third-party modifications.
  • For DIY Parts: Damage caused by improper installation (torn flex cables, long-screw damage, or blown backlights).

2. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Unopened/Unused Parts: Eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
  • Opened/Installed Parts: May be subject to a 15 restocking fee if the part is functional but no longer in “New” condition.
  • Defective Items: We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the defect.

3. Return Requirements

To process your return or warranty claim:

  1. Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.
  2. Original Markings: Parts must still have our internal stamps, warranty stickers, or protective films intact. Do not remove stickers until you have tested the part.
