How It Works (3 Easy Steps)

- Pack & Ship: Securely pack your iPhone (see our shipping tips below) and mail it to our service center. We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.
- Repair & Return: Once we receive your device, we perform the repair, run a full quality check, and mail it back to you within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Checklist
To ensure your device arrives safely and is repaired quickly, please follow these steps:
- Backup Your Data: While we strive to preserve data, always perform an iCloud or iTunes backup before shipping.
- Disable “Find My iPhone”: For many repairs and testing, we require Find My to be turned off.
- Include Your Info: Place a note inside the box with your Name, Phone Number, and Order Number.
- Protect the Device: Wrap the phone in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap and use a sturdy cardboard box. Avoid using plain envelopes.
Mail-In FAQ
How long does it take? Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 2 business days of arrival. Return shipping usually takes 2–3 days depending on your location.
How do I pay? Once the repair is successful and tested, we will send you a digital invoice via email. Your phone is shipped back as soon as payment is confirmed.
What if my phone can’t be fixed? If the device is beyond economical repair, we only charge a small $10.00 Diagnostic Fee plus return shipping. If you choose to recycle the device with us, the fee is waived.
